Can't wait
June 13, 2022

Haven't opened it yet, but I can't wait to put it on. Very fast shipping, I was told this wouldn't ship out til end June and a week later I got an email that it shipped and it would be to me within 2 business day! Awesome company to work with, would definitely do business with them again!

I ordered an item and they still have not shipped it after a week of waiting. Whenever I call, it goes straight to a voicemail if I select the option to inquire about my order. If I choose the option to place an order, someone picks up right away, but won't help with order status. I have sent repeated emails asking for status and tracking information and have only received emails back that are dodging the answer. Now I am fighting for a refund if my money and dealing with that nightmare. I wish I had ordered elsewhere.

First can't get anyone one phone to deal with customer service issues when I emailed to get return request I was told they would email with in 6-12 hours the instructions for return I didn't get that till 2 days later only when I emailed requesting it again then I had to pay for return shipping which must site have prepaid return shipping so customer doesn't have to pay. Not sure if I will buy from you ever again

Fairly fast shipping for an exhaust and the price was good. Took almost a month to arrive but I think that might be average for bigger items like that unless I'm mistaken. Excited to install it now

Received product from UPS
August 30, 2020

Received product from UPS. Box was destroyed minor damage to parts but still usable. All clamps and paperwork missing. Went back and forth with sales and they corrected the issue in time for me to install and make my show. Customer service definitely saved this one. Would highly recommend them.

Everything was completely fine, but Autohance got my address wrong 3 yes after contacting them multiple times about it the first time. It took me nearly a week to receive my item, but even then I had to go to UPS to pick it up myself.

I don't mind doing that if it's somewhat local, but my package was sitting in LA (my city) for days and days with no update whatsoever.

I loved shopping and the prices are really good and customer service responded to me rather quickly.

Don't know what happened in the shipping department.

I would totally like to buy more products, but after this I don't think I will.

The website needs to be cleaned up and restructured. It doesn't have a good flow from page to page, and searching for vehicle specific parts (along with pictures/diagrams) is tedious, and often times the parts are not in the right category or even with the vehicle that it's made for.
However, the prices on most items were competitive, while at least 25% of the merchandise far exceeds amounts listed on most other websites that carry the same products.
Shipping was very fast, and partnering with Affirm was a smart idea.

The products are well priced, the shipping is quick and i really like the payment plan. As a family man, you can't always cough up a few hundred dollars one time, especially when you live hawaii. So it's nice to be able to make Payments, and still get the products you've been wanting.

Part was exactly what I was looking for and decent price. Would have liked more pictures and customer reviews available for product. I am a complete novice at installing aftermarket parts but found installing this part to be a breeze on my 04 TL. I did have some confusion in the directions when it came to coupling the coolant lines but the rest of the installation could not have been easier. Overall I would recommend this product and site! Shipping was easy and arrived on the anticipated date.

Finding the exhaust I wanted super quick. Confirmed fitment and bought it within a matter of minutes. Shipping said 3 to 5 days. Ended up taking 10 with the weekend. It shipped right from the manufacturer. It did ship from them until day 3.

Placed my order on 5/1 got an email saying my order was shipped 3-5 days delivery. Got my package on 5/4 and it's only half of what I ordered so I called customer service. They tell me a second package is on its way and should be delivered the following week. I asked why I was never told it was two packages he never responded just said can I do anything else for you. The second package was delivered on 5-10. So in review two packages was only notified about one was told 3-5 days shipping second package didn't come until 10 days after it was ordered. Prices are way cheaper than anywhere else just don't make plans off of what they say it will be delivered by.

Package was delayed delivery twice
March 22, 2020

Package was delayed delivery twice. Package was taped and damaged on arrival. Open bag and missing pieces inside. Missing (1) muffler, hangers and hanger keepers. Contacted customer service waiting for and email with a tracking number said 24 hours its now been 48 hours now. My husband has been waiting for this part. We had a problem ordering this part from another store already. Not a happy customer.

Ordered a part that wasnt stocked by autohance and had to wait and wait for an eta. Was told it would ship direct from manufacturer to my house but when i called manufacturer they said it would be shipped to autohance first and to get tracking from them.

I was happy with everthing all the way up until my package arrived... The springs I ordered were wrong I called to try and have it corrected I was. Told to email. Im still waiting for a response back I bought another set of springs due to my car sitting at the shop to only be told they're not sending me and refunded my money on my second order. Meanwhile im still trying to return these teins

The lack of website status updates after the order and it is almost impossible in getting someone to answer the phone, leaves a lot to be desired! Almost canceled my order after a week, but order came before I got a response to my calls and emails from AutoHance. My first purchase and most likely the last from here.

What i originally ordered was stuck at port. I got emails from autohance on monday to call them. I called multiple times in a 3 day period. I got email saying they will reach to me, but never got any calls from thier reps. Finally got ahold of customer service after day 4...found out that my item was stuck at port and if i wanted to get a refund or get a different item. I chose to just get a diffrent item. It would of been nice to get a discount or something since they failed to contact me. Even after i emailed and left them a voice mail.
