I contacted on 1/22/18 them to Authenticate a Chanel bag and from the first email I mentioned the bag has not code or card. They mentioned they can help. I sent the first pictures (many pics). I also mentioned in other emails that it does not have holograms. They keep asking for more pictures. Every time I sent more and more pics, I asked for confirmation of being receive it because I wanted to make sure I sent the right and needed pics, and I just got answers few days after, that it is not an easy process, it would be sent to another person, they need more pics... Conclusion, until today I got an email about a refund from them and they were not able to authenticate it without Hologram and Made in France sign by email or inhome. Basically, very simple question from the beginning of the process.So, be advised that you wont receive a good service, fast and reliable. You will deal almost with a machine responding your emails saying, need more pics, not easy process, contact the seller. Very bad experience. PS: they wont refund the whole money if you pay extra services.

I was excited to purchase my Louis Vuitton Multicolore Monogram white marakumi Takashi(2004) speedy 30 in white, however, I purchased the item off Kijiji and of course there? S always a shadow of doubt when I comes to authenticity if not purchasing at the Louis Vuitton store. I sold a bag on Tradesy and it was returned because it was thought to not be authentic. A few photos to authenticate first and it was authenticated. Great service. Highly recommend them.

The process was really easy and got back quick and kind responses to each and every question I asked. Superb in that way.
However, I'm not pleased with the Certificate of Authentication as it states on it, "Not valid for Paypal or other disputes." As a seller, this gives every scammer on eBay a window to use against you and say your purse is fake. The reason I have my items verified is to show they are authentic and by saying that right on the paperwork, it leaves you wide open for an SNAD case. So then you have no choice but to pay more money to get their "written statement."
I asked for a COA. Nothing more. I didn't pay for a COA that states on the paper that this is not to be used for disputes.
If I were a buyer and saw this as a part of an auction I would steer clear because to me, this is saying that, "In our opinion it's real but you can't use this COA to file any disputes."
In other words, this paperwork is not to be used as validation of the item's authenticity.
They should really let people know that this statement will be put on their COA. Had I know, I would have never used their service.

I paid for an authentication review along with and extra $20 for expedited service which is 24 or less, stated by them, I reached out numerous times without reply when it wasn't within the time frame, it wasn't until I said I was going to reach out to PayPal for a dispute that they wrote back, upset that I would call this a scam and SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT.
DO NOT USE. There are other numerous sites to have your things authenticated and for cheaper than they charge! All these other reviews have 5stars because they have emailed saying if you leave a 5star review you could have a FREE AUTHENTICATION!

I Purchased a Louis Vuitton bag from Lv Boutique. Directly I sold it on Poshmark and it was Deemed Authentic the client got the bag authenticate by Authenticated First they states the bag was not realI told the client to speak with repairs at Louis Vuitton and the stated the bag was fine made Italy and its eligible for repair at Louis Vuitton. I purchased a Valentino rockstud spike bag from a reseller and sent in images to this company for an authentication certificate. I sent in EVERY SINGLE angle including the box, dustbag and tags.

I took it in this week to consign and was questioned on the authenticity by the consignment company. Following this I had it professionally authenticated in person AND by another online authentication company. BOTHHH have returned claiming the bag is COUNTERFEIT.

I am now thousands out of pocket over the negligence of authenticate first who will now shift the blame for their unprofessional and rushed service as an "opinion" for legal reasons.

DO NOT USE. THEY CLEARLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. Counterfeit bags are circling the luxury market over companies like this who don't do enough research on products. Quick to take your money.
