I uploaded an item for authenticate (not my first time using the website nor its authentication services. The representative, was extremely rude when I explained that I had already uploaded images as required for authentication examination and it's determination. The representative proceeded to contest that I had not uploaded the images so my item could not be authenticated. I further explained that the platform website was having errors while I was uploading and that in the end it showed the images were in fact there on the site and available for me to preview, it was an IT issue with their website which was not allowing them themselves to see the images. After this comment I also said that it seems to be a bit fraudulent to accept my money however not to have accepted the uploaded photos of the item, being as there could be no authentication if there were NO images to examine. The representative became irate and said I was making a false claim. I said I have proof the images are uploaded as I can see them on my authenticatefirst account. They grew upset and began speaking to me extremely unprofessional, I proceeded to ask to speak to a manager in regards to my experience and concerns about the situation and the representative... I waited two days for them to tell me that the images were not showing up on their end. The next thing I received response from the representative of authenticatefirst and they states they were the actual OWNER of the company and they continued to disrespect me and I explained I do use other authentication services such as real authentication.com and lollipuff.com and over there I am most certainly NEVER miss treated degraded or disrespectful in such an unprofessional manner as she "the owner" of authenticatefirst had treated me. She then proceeded to tell me to take my business to the other platforms. She also proceeded to tell me she was going to ban me from the use of the service on her site! I was thinking this representative cannot be the owner of an establishment with such poor customer service and such a poor attitude and way of treating customers, I suspected the representative was lying in order to save face, so I emailed the company on the website officially to explain my exper And let them know the representative was highly unprofessional and threatened to ban my authenticatefirst account. The email response said they were in fact the owner and would not be refunding me my past orders of authentication nor would they be authenticating my items in the future. I still have all emails and screenshots associated with this situation as proof of their misconduct and unprofessional way of speaking to a client (myself) I would highly advise that all professionals looking to utilize a professional authentication service or company for authenticating items for their business to think hard before using this company for the following reasons. I hope this saves a lot of people stress and money if they are deciding which authentication company to use, as this one has proven extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers.
