I contacted on 1/22/18 them to Authenticate a Chanel bag and from the first email I mentioned the bag has not code or card. They mentioned they can help. I sent the first pictures (many pics). I also mentioned in other emails that it does not have holograms. They keep asking for more pictures. Every time I sent more and more pics, I asked for confirmation of being receive it because I wanted to make sure I sent the right and needed pics, and I just got answers few days after, that it is not an easy process, it would be sent to another person, they need more pics... Conclusion, until today I got an email about a refund from them and they were not able to authenticate it without Hologram and Made in France sign by email or inhome. Basically, very simple question from the beginning of the process.So, be advised that you wont receive a good service, fast and reliable. You will deal almost with a machine responding your emails saying, need more pics, not easy process, contact the seller. Very bad experience. PS: they wont refund the whole money if you pay extra services.

We performed due diligence to complete your authentication. Our experts decide if they can work with the item or not, we try to help whenever possible. If the photos we need are not provided, we have to ask for more. We don't know we need more until our expert reviews them. Normally this is a fast and easy process as you can see by previous comments - it was not the case in this authentication. You mentioned that it did not have a code or card, you did not mention the Chanel heat stamps, which was a determining factor. We would not waste your time or ours if we knew right away we were not able to authenticate the item. We had to go back and ask for you to show us they were or were not present. Unfortunately many times clients say a marking is not there, but they are not looking in the correct spot. Regarding extra services - this is covered on our site. Since we were not able to help with your Chanel, you will receive a full refund.
