I bought a Gucci sweatshirt as a gamble because it was marked down to CHEAP, 145 total. Sent in pics and with not very high hopes and it ended up being AUTHENTIC! Very glad that I chose this service and now I am going to be able to make a huge profit if I choose to resell! I got my results within 24 hours!
Had them authenticate a bag that I bought online and they told me it was indeed real. Because I had doubt, I figured let me trick them and send in a bag that I personally bought from a department store just to see if they knew what they were talking about. They told me tha the bag I bought was a fake! OMG I wanted to scream because I had already accepted the other bag and at this point I couldn't get a refund. I am in the dispute process with my bank now. This is a scam 100% stay away. HOW are they authenticating anything via email ANYWAY? Makes no sense I should have listened to my gutt.

If you know you can't do it via photos, then why are you charging people to do so?/ there is a huge difference between saying we are not sure, then completely saying yes authentic when you are not sure. Authentication via photography is a proven accurate way of authentication. We are not the only business who authenticates via photos. If you had doubt of this method, we offer in house service, which you did not utilize. Regarding the authentication in question - we will need more information so that we can look into the situation. Before posting a public comment, we would ask that our clients contact us privately for resolution, so that we may have a chance to address any issues.

For those who wish to have an in person authentication, we offer that as well. Please re-read our response. Also, we only have 1 order under your email address, not 2. Our records show you only sent 1 item for authentication. We stand behind our expert's opinion. Why would you try to "trick" us? Why don't you get a 2nd opinion? This is a strange situation - or is it just a smear campaign? The things you are saying do not add up.

They change the results in an unprofessional manner. I checked my bag before and it got authentic result, then I did it again with another picture (same bag) then got another result. I told them this problem and they erased the results of the first money. They can really check, but they are really unprofessional. If you want to check gucci, then you should rate it somewhere that specializes in gucci rather than them
UPDATE:: After I emailed them saying what they did was unprofessional and sent them other certificates, I told them to change the results and asked them to work seriously, my account was unable to useable. (image below)

First of all, we did not erase any results. Second of all, even though the serial numbers were the same, they were NOT the same bag - the QR codes were different.

I paid $1700 for a YSL College Bag 1 year ago in which authenticatefirst deemed authentic. I provided them with photos of the bag WITHOUT the serial code (I did not realise that I didn't provide this) and they DIDN'T ASK FOR IT, AND DEEMED IT AUTHENTIC. I tried to sell the bag and the buyer said that the item was counterfeit so I reauthenticated the bag and it was in fact counterfeit. I contacted "Gina"/authenticatefirst though email (they don't even have a phone number) and they replied what seemed like 2 of the same automatic messages saying "We stand behind our expert's opinion that the bag is authentic". I have lost $1700 out of pocket and will never use this service again, I have found better services with faster turnaround and are accurate.
