Authenticate First authenticated my Gucci bag quickly. I sent a ton of photos of the bag (the more the better). This was my first designer purchase and I wanted to make sure it was real because I didn't have another bag to compare it to.
I have used a few different authentication services. But I have gone back to Authenticate First each and every time I can. They have an easy system to upload photos, their turnaround time is quick (I have even had authentications done on the weekends sometimes) and their prices are very reasonable compared to others. It's my first preference for authentications now.
I have nothing but good experiences with this company. They provide fast turnaround, reasonable prices, and a thorough service with their authentications. I trust them and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
They are really fast and efficient. Even though our rate of response was delayed due to the 15hr difference, they still manage to authenticate my bag in less than 48hrs. And they even helped to send a courtesy reply to inform me my item was authentic which helped me speed up the purchase of the bag as the seller would only reserve it for me for 24hrs. So overall I recommend to others! But if you are living outside the US, just take note of your country's time difference in case you wanted to have something authenticated urgently.

Wey pay a $45 Service for a Bottega authentification, they assure that the article was a clone, and checking with other authenticators it turned out to be original. I think that if they are not sure they should advise and reimburse and not insure "false clones"
I am online and looking at several Louis Vuitton bags for sale. I came across a Louis Vuitton golf bag (vintage) and i knew it was a replica instantly. I have been studying LV for about five years. I collect them because of my fascination with the history of Louis Vuitton and the making of this brilliant company. First off, the monogram logos on this particular bag were not aligned, the stitching was way off, the hardware is not anything Louis Vuitton would put on any bag and last but least, the heat stamp. This is NOT one of Louis Vuitton's heat stamps. Oh my, anyone that loves LV would know this. This particular stamp is used by a lot of older replicas. Taking one look at this alone, i knew these people do NOT know what they are doing. I would never have them look at one of my bags, even if it were free. How horrible to make money by ripping people off like this. They aren't even on the level of authenticating a ring out of a gumball machine!
The authenticator who reviewed the LV golf bag has over 20 yrs experience authenticating LV, and is a vintage expert. Instead of slandering AF with mis-information, why don't you seek a qualified 2nd opinion instead of guessing yourself.

I thrifted a Gucci purse, It was cheap and I figured it was a fake but was willing to take a chance on it... I did some legwork authenticating it myself and determined it was probably authentic but wanted the experts to weigh in on it... the site made it super easy to send in photos etc and within 24-48 hours (it was over a weekend so had it not been the weekend it would have been completed in 24 hours). I love that this service is available! I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who is not sure about an item.
After we filed Paypal dispute, you delete the comment that you apologize for your authenticator compared clutch to tote because you see the chain and thought it is tote. Do you think this can erase the evidence that you made mistake? This is cyber crime and fraud.

You don't know a mistake was made. You think you can just walk into Prada, pick up the same bag and think you can spot the differences. Just exactly how many Prada have you authenticated? How much professional experience do you have? What are the differences between a super fake, and authentic? You have made many of your own assumptions that we did not state. You have nit picked and over analyzed and complained endlessly over nothing. We suggested you get a 2nd opinion from another authentication service and you don't. You are relying on your own experience of walking into Prada, which is totally unfounded and ridiculous.
Turnaround time took only less than an hour. Very proactive. The way they generate their authenticity card is very flexible. Reliable site to have your bags authenticated.
I'am very satisfied with the services, bought 2 bags, one seemed authentic I had the prove of purchase from the seller but I still needed reassurance that bags were real. I sent both photos and results came that one bag was real and the other not real. The one with the prove of purchase was the real one but authentic first didn't t know that cos I didn't show them the prove of purchase, I only sent pictures of the bags, I bought a Gucci and YSL bag both on eBay with 2 different sellers. The Gucci bags came out as fake and when I told the seller the bag was fake he didn't acted surprised, as if he knew that already. The ysl bag was real and I kind of knew but as I mentioned above I needed to be reassured and thanks to authentic first I'm 100% sure. The fake Gucci was returned. Sent pictures through of a vintage Etro luggage piece I had sold online where the buyer threw authenticity into question. I was excited to have a service which would provide both myself and my loyal client not only authenticity but history. This service unfortunately is a like a fast food chain... surviving off lack of quality supply in a time of quick turnaround. Beware and know your worth. It's my first time to purchase a preloved signature bag. I didn't know the seller personally but she was in dire need of cash so she was selling her black Celine nano in one of the FB pages suppper low. Since I've been wanting a black nano for the longest time, i went through the purchase and "authenticated" the bag myself. She couldn't produce the receipt. I tried watching youtube videos about the nano and one vlogger mentioned about authenticate first so i went to their website. Though their website honestly isn't that "impressive", the authentication is only for $10 so I gave it a shot. The turnaround was quick and the evaluation was direct to the point. That's all we need at the end of the day anyway... will use them again soon
