Why are you getting people to write fake reviews? They're just being taken down.

We have been in business for over 5 yrs - I'm sorry you did not receive what you expected - but that is no reason to continuously slander and harass us. A few unhappy customers happens with EVERY business, considering we've authenticated over 100,000+ in the past 5 yrs, a few is to be expected!

They are fake- seems like if you weren't answering the clients questions and concerns authenticate would have a chance of seeming like an actual business not a bratty rep scamming customers
