I'm have been always satisfied by using authenticate first! Great competence and professionalism! I have to give a 5 stars review :)) )

This company is so ridiculous and very Unprofessional. They don't know what they're doing and don't know how to authenticate purses. I purchased a Prada backpack online and when I received it, I sent them pictures so they can Authenticate it for me. The next day I went on their website because I hadn't gotten any feedback or anything and they posted on their site that it was authentic but never Notifying me of anything. There was certain things that were red flags to me on the backpack that showed me it was in-fact fake so I let them know and they assumed that the seller must have gotten it repaired. I ended up asking the owner if the bag was ever repaired and it was not, but they just insisted it was repaired instead of telling me it was a fake even after I told them it was not repaired and I was not able to get my money back. This is a lesson learned to do more research before I buy preloved and to never to use this business again. They were just trying to cover their lies because they claimed a fake bag was authentic.

I like using this service especially when you want to buy preloved items. I hope they can improve their performance.

Have used authenticate first twice now and both times the turnaround has been quick and efficient. I recommend!

Authenticated all my Yeezys from resellers. Helped me know all the items I bought were real or fake in less than 3 days!

Apparently AuthenticateFirst does not have the expertise to authenticate every product out there. This company has TWICE made an error on David Yurman jewelry pieces, not having the requisite knowledge about David Yurman stand alone store items and the AUTHENTIC but slightly different items DY makes for retail outlets (like Saks and Nordstrom) so as not to be competing with them directly AND the items they manufacture for specialty causes or groups. So... they are NOT the be-all, know-all of every item out there. Yes, I took both my items directly to a huge DY retail store where an experienced older gentleman explained all the iterations of the DY manufacturing plants and some of the items they scale down for affordability (smaller stones, lesser mm sterling cuffs, etc.) He was particularly nice to me and was taken aback that someone would deny the authenticity of clearly authentic items.

BOTTOM LINE HERE: AuthenticateFirst may or may not be a legitimate company but they CLEARLY don't know everything about everything.

SELLERS should avoid Tradesy because they have apparently been drinking the kool-aid. But they will not change their mind on anything even if you have proof of authenticity. My guess is there is some collusion (kickbacks?) between Tradesy and AuthenticateFirst.

Services are very prompt. I go to another authentic ation services and Authenticate 1st is the one you can count on.

I have used Authenticate First whenever I need to verify if a designer bag is legit. They have never failed me.
