The delivery product was in good shape and I got the playpen by a week. The playpen was good but it's really tedious job to connect the all parts together.
Very impressed with prompt delivery ahead of ETA and notification of delivery and to whom ( a work colleague). Package arrived with no defects or signs of mishandling. Very satisfied customer.

Costway's website allowed an incorrect address to be input and then charged me for changing it which I couldn't do myself. It still has the incorrect address so I wont be ordering anymore items.

The packaging was damaged and a it of trimming inside.I could be bothered with the hassle of returning the goods as it is slight damage but my husband wasn't impressed.
