They Bricked my laptop, they sent me a replacement(admission of liability), it died TOO.
CRAPPY PRODUCT/CRAPPIER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Now they are trying to shift the blame to me and also SELL me a new laptop.

Asus aftersale service is one of the worst in India for laptops as is the quality of laptops. I purchased asus zenbook 13 which is one of there premium laptops. The built quality is extremely bad and it started troubling from day 1. The display becomes non responsive again and again after charging. Also there are very severe hanging issues. So I approached service center. They told me to leave my laptop. I didn't get a reply from them even after one month of deposit. So I reproached them and they told me that parts will come from outside and will take more time. Overall experience was pathetic and I will no recommend it to anybody. Go for mac or Dell or HP. Never take asus. Hope you find it useful
Cheap product broke quickly. Couldn't reach customer service. Tried to charge $305 to repair a monitor worth $230 that I had a warranty for.
Great customer service. Keen enough price on product and delivered in good time. Love this product! No issues - timely delivery (earlier than expected), well packaged and good quality laptops.
Never had any sort of problems with Asus.com. All the gaming technology you need. The tech is always on point
The worst computer I have ever bought. I did research and sales assistants said their customer service was good but alas I find the whole thing rubbish not fit for purpose! I sent it away a few times and came back nothing changed I doubt they even looked at it knowing the rubbish they have produced. So very disappointed. The whole computer keeps turning off for no reason or if you tilt the screen slightly and then you have to keep re-booting very frustrating.
I bought an asus before heading off to university! The worst thing I've spent my money on! Within a month or so the wifi would just drop. Anything else connected to the wifi was fine expect for this laptop. When I tried to troubleshoot the problem it told me to connect an ether net cable which isn't possible on a university campus or in my residence. Now it only dropped the connection maybe 60% of the time and sometimes all it needed was for me to restart my laptop, most of the time however I had to leave my laptop off for a couple days and then maybe it would work for an hour or so. I contacted the company and asked them to fix this problem and a problem with the battery since if I unplugged the laptop it would die immediately. I sent it in and when I got it back only the battery had been fixed. There was no mention of them working on or giving me an at home fix for the wifi issue. I called them and told them that they had not fixed the issue and they said well that'll be $70 now and whatever the cost of the repairs are since it's now out of warranty. They gave me a couple at home fixes that I have tried but shockingly not even a factory reset could fix the wifi issue! I have spent multiple hours talking to, but mostly on hold, with the asus support team and I am extremely disappointed with them and the products! Most times I would hang up the phone with asus crying cause as a university student a laptop is essential now that classes have moved online. I can't find a job due to covid so I can't buy a new Or used laptop since it's not in my budget and asus has done nothing to help me fix this problem! I will never be buying another product from asus and I would encourage everyone else to find a different brand before investing your money in one of their products!
Very cool company for computer hardware I have a lot of things made by them in my house and I wish everyone to buy and test at least some like video, motherboards, phones, laptops and etc etc. Site is super usefull and safe absolutely.
Asus used to make better products. Even now I'm writing this message using a 2012 bough laptop. It has its problems but it still working without any repair. But when I have bought a laptop for my mom last year and had to repair it now. I put 4 stars in the hope that the quality of future Asus products will be the same once more.
I prefer Asus to MAC. To my mind, Asus is much better. I bought the newest laptop at affordable price. It works fast and is easy in use. Totally satisfied with a bargain.
Even if the prices are a bit higher than on other laptops, I like their quality. I have my vaio for about 4 years now and never had any issues with it
I had an issue with 2 of my keys on my keyboard (having fallen off) and the ONLY option I was given was to mail in my laptop to be fixed. I advised chat rep (Akeem F) that I am not able to do that at this time because I take online classes and I use my laptop for work.
I find it COMPLETELY unacceptable that this is the ONLY option you have for customers.
I will NEVER shop with ASUS and people that rely on their computer will understand how inappropriate this is!
They could simply mail me another keyboard and it would be just fine. I will be sure to shop elsewhere due to the lack of concern and promptness of ASUS
Been using Asus hardware for years, had some minor issues with them from time to time but overall been pleased with the quality and support provided.

That's a bummer as they deserve a much better rank I think. Asus should think about sending more happy customers to review them on-line.
I had an Asus laptop for 5 years! It never game any trouble, these computers seem to last a lifetime! I´m so in love! It never failed, crashed, or gave me a bluescreen!
Called customer support about a stuck pixel. Got the usual "push 1 for:' menu but when I pushed 6 for monitors I immediately got a human on the line - no call waiting for an hour. Congratulations ASUS support for a job well done. BTW you need more than one stuck pixel to get a warranty return.
Picked up an Asuspro model and its an awesome laptop. The only downside is the small screen
Its light, but powerful, would be perfect with a larger screen. Just based on the screen I only give 4 stars, but if you use this for business it will be easy for travel, powerful enough for projects and likely increase overall productivity.
It really depends on what you are used to, but I am not an Asus person, and gave them a shot based on initial specs and I am not disappointed so far.
The best technology products are only available at Asus. Computer accessories are very good but very expensive.
