Worth it for new expensive phones

Better to have phone protection insurance and not need it than to need it and not have it! A cracked phone screen was fixed as good as new. The whole experience went smoothly, and I'm happy with the results.

Fixed but lots of time

I'm happy that insurance covered broken iPhone glass but the place I took it to could have been better. Both days I brought in my phone the guys at the register did not have great customer service. 2-2/12 hours to repair back glass on iPhone 16 pro. I also did not feel comfortable giving passcode to get into phone and Apple ID.

IPhone 15 pro max screen fix

Cracked Screen Repair

I had a cracked screen and started a claim through the service which was super easy and straightforward. I dropped my phone off at the store, and they had it fully repaired in about an hour and a half. From filing the claim to picking up my phone, the whole process was seamless. Really impressed with how quick and efficient everything was. Highly recommend!

So simple and easy!

Jimmy was amazing! He made contact with me early on, explaining the process and ETA. On arrival, Jimmy notified me and met me at my front door. From there, he described the process and repaired my phone on the spot. In under 20 minutes, I have my phone working like new again!

Awesome service

They dispatched a mobile technician to repair a damaged screen. The tech offered to show up several hours before my scheduled appointment time. He responded quickly through text and was very professional. He said to give him 20 minutes for the repair once I handed him the phone. He was done in under 10 mins. In and out. Phone repaired. And I didn't have to go to a store or wait in line, awesome awesome awesome!

Unexpected results

I have been having problems with my phones and iPhone and air syncing together. As a matter of fact, Siri seems loonily work when she wants to.My phone will arbitrarily make changes on its own. Siri would not respond from time to time, sometime for weeks at a time. My Iphone, Mac and Air. My phone would change passwords for no known reason. So just like Superman here come Tech Support! This kind person helped me work through all of the junk. Now I feel much better and hopefully I'll be able to work my iPhone. Kudos to AT&T and the gentleman who help me.

Terrible process

Why is it that you submit a claim, they deny the claim because it might be under warranty might not, then do not send a follow up socialist to call you and explain why? Then you have to go through the FULLY AUTOMATED hell scape that is the garbage process they have when you call in. The live chat support people are great, and whenever you eventually get InTouch wit ha human it is helpful, but being forced to go into a 10-20 minute hell scape where your a hostage to the worst automated phone helper. Oh lets not forget to mention the call center RANDOMLY dropping the call so you will liekly be forced to go back into the bull$#*! that is Asurion and deal with the $#*!ing automation again.

Shattered rear glass fix

I was quite hesitant to have a mobile tech come fix my phone. But free is better than a claim and getting a new phone. I was extremely surprised at how quick it was repaired. It's only been 5 days but I haven't noticed any issues. Amazing customer service and support.

I bought and expensive dehumidifier. A part on it failed at 14 weeks and after weeks of arguing with the manufacturer they told me that is was not covered after a year, even though it was an appliance that came with a 1 year/5 year limited warranty. I shared my experience with Asurion and they solved my problem with no negative issue. My experience was efficient, pleasant, and with exceptional customer service. This is the first time I have used an Asurion warranty and I was wondering if it was really worth the price.
Now I am a total believer and will buy Asurion on any major purchase. It is money wall spent.,
