I could not erase my old iphone to send back. I called number that they said to erase device. It said At & T. That person didn't have a clue. Was suppose to send me an email and to Protect. No email and it went silent. I called Asurion and I got someone named Brandon. Needless to say the Pro directed me with ease. I think he needs to go and train some people.
Top notch service. The gentleman arrived on time. Came to my door, told me it would take 15-20 minutes to diagnose. Exactly 15-20 mins later he was knocking on my door and i had a fixed screen. Couldn't recommend more. So much easier than traveling all the way to the store and waiting hours when it is 35 mins from my home.

I purchased a leaf blower from Amazon in December 2024. By the end of June 2025, it stopped working. I checked the fuel level and electrical connections but could not find anything wrong. I am very glad I purchased the three-year protection plan. I contacted Asurion, and on the same day, they sent me a gift card for the purchase price I paid on Amazon, which I used to buy another leaf blower. Of course, I bought the three-year protection plan again. I encourage everyone to buy the protection plan; if anything goes wrong, they take care of it. I also bought the protection plan for my garden hoses as well.
The 12 Volt dual zone fridge/freezer I purchased in April of 2022 died earlier this year. I had purchased the 3 year extended warranty when I bought it on Amazon. I returned it in April of this year for repair, and just found out that it is not repairable. I got ahold of Asurion via Chat, and discovered that the return was approved. Now, I can get another dual zone fridge. I did purchase a large cooler from Walmart in the meantime, but that is to be expected when you are waiting to hear back from a repair facility. I dreaded going to get my phone looked at by the tech folks because I was completely frustrated with the phone service I have in rural Nevada. I have been a loyal fan of AT&T and find them harder to deal with these days. I went to the Asurion folks who listened & offered a possible solution to the problem. Change the SIM card to possibly improve phone service! Seems simple enough and now to get AT&T to assist. I was impressed by the tech's knowledge and provided excellent tech service.
