I've been a paying customer for over a year without putting in any claims. My tv fell off of my wall so I put in a claim today and my claim was DENIED. Accidental mishaps are NOT COVERED like they say. Damaged tvs are not covered through your Asurion home plus account, even though it states it covers accidental damage. (Photos attached)
I can't believe i finally cracked a screen after over a decade of having cell phones. My last purchase, my seller recommended Asurion and I took it. Boy, did it pay off. I simply submitted a claim online, took my phone to Asurion recommended repair facility and within 2 hours had my repaired phone back, free of charge.
