Well the screen has ink spots all over it that is only visible in the sun instead of backing their product warranty they filed another $250 claim. Which is a joke. Customer service is a absolute joke!

Had some trouble with automated phone service, but quickly passed to a live person. He walked me through video/audio on my phone and determined I did need a technician. The technician was professional and friendly. The problem was solved and he took the time to wait and make sure that the water line was delivering properly and the motor issue (loud whirring sound with electrical burning smell) was gone.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
