Once I figured out where to go to file my claim. It was fairly easy to get to chat with a representative. She was very informative and quickly answered all my question and was able to get me what I needed.

Easiest and and fastest insurance claim I've ever filed was quick and convenient. Definitely the best experience I've ever had with a company dealing with mobile phones and electronics (usually there hoops to jump through but not with asurion)

IPhone security check

My fb got hacked, I was worried about hackers having access to the information stored on my IPhone. Contacted the tech support through the app- the issue was resolved in minutes. They've run a security check for my IPhone and even WiFi. Highly recommend.

It was fast and easy, all that was needed was the invoice numbers and the ASURION service plan number and a explation of what the problem was. My refund is on the way without having to send the item back and wait for it to arrive back at amazon.

My husband broke his phone and I expected the process for the protection plan process to be long and have a long wait to get a device back but it took 15 minutes at the most to submit my claim and the new device will be here in 2 days... wow

They did what sunbeam couldn't
October 11, 2022

I contacted sunbeam Sept 1st about my replacement blanket that's still under their warranty. It's now Oct 12th and they just send emails back and forth with no resolution then says they are going to cancel my claim if they don't hear from me. Excuse me I've been doing this for 6 weeks. Long story short, Ricky from asurion did my claim for me even though it's not their warranty time yet. Definitely a great experience only took me 10 minutescompared to sunbeams unresolved6 weeks. Thanks asurion and ricky.
