Once I figured out where to go to file my claim. It was fairly easy to get to chat with a representative. She was very informative and quickly answered all my question and was able to get me what I needed.
My product broke a couple weeks after my protection plan expired but as a one time courtesy, Asurion still processed my claim. Thank you!

My fb got hacked, I was worried about hackers having access to the information stored on my IPhone. Contacted the tech support through the app- the issue was resolved in minutes. They've run a security check for my IPhone and even WiFi. Highly recommend.
It was fast and easy, all that was needed was the invoice numbers and the ASURION service plan number and a explation of what the problem was. My refund is on the way without having to send the item back and wait for it to arrive back at amazon.

My husband broke his phone and I expected the process for the protection plan process to be long and have a long wait to get a device back but it took 15 minutes at the most to submit my claim and the new device will be here in 2 days... wow
I contacted sunbeam Sept 1st about my replacement blanket that's still under their warranty. It's now Oct 12th and they just send emails back and forth with no resolution then says they are going to cancel my claim if they don't hear from me. Excuse me I've been doing this for 6 weeks. Long story short, Ricky from asurion did my claim for me even though it's not their warranty time yet. Definitely a great experience only took me 10 minutescompared to sunbeams unresolved6 weeks. Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
