I typically don't buy extended warranties, but I thought that we should buy the additional Asurion coverage for our Alpicool 12v fridge we bought off of Amazon. We use the portable fridge when we go on extended camping trips. After a little over a year, we noticed a crack in the handle. Immediately contacted Asurion and described the issue, and requested a new handle. Asurion quickly processed my claim by reimbursing me the cost of the fridge. No hassle! Wow! I will always buy Asurion from now on for peace of mind. Kudos to GladysMae and Asurion! You rock!

Of replacement or the cost of replacement. Cost if they gave cost of replacement i know ill have to wait but i could go out and purchase instead of waiting 10+ days
1. The options of replacements are bigger than original and the space is fitted for tgat size special so i have to readjust spacewhich may not work.
2. I have to wait 10 days to supposedly get new tv hopefully nothing happen with shipping for longer wait so that 10 + to wait for replacement.

I purchased an item and purchased product protection with Asurion. Just a few months after using my portable cooling system it stopped working. I contacted Asurion and proceeded to file a claim. Through their "chat" assistant they were able to resolve my issue with only a few questions. I am getting a full refund and will be able to purchase the same item or something else if I prefer. It was certainly an easy process and I will use Asurion protection plans again. I give it a 5 Star rating!

The GE washer purchased 4 plus years ago developed bad bearing noise a job that wouldn't be worth fixing but having the extended warranty made it worth fixing.The technician was fast and had it fixed in an hour nice to have 39 years of experience under your belt if I blinked I might of missed him. I need my computer replaced now not have to go and clean all work files off and put on an older model computer. Like I said i am a Photographer & Dj and all my Files are on here And music Program also. Please hurry up and fix it ASAP
