Super fast and easy to file a claim. Received the phone next day. There was an issue with the SIM card so I used Chat for assistance. Jessica was amazing and was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner.

I've used Asurion twice. Each experience has been top shelf, and definitely worth the investment. Only drawback is the repair can take up to 15 days to complete. This includes up to 5 days to receive a shipping kit.
