I purchased a golf glove and added something I never do, and that was a protection plan. This turned out to be a wise move. The golf glove I purchased was the same type I always buy. Normally I have no problem we a golf glove lasting several rounds however this time after about 15 rounds a tear in the knuckle of the gloved appeared and now because I purchased the protection plan I'm able to file a claim for a replacement glove. I just today 10/21/22 filed the claim and it was very easy to do. (Make sure to either take a picture of your receipt or save it). I will give an updated review as soon as my claim is processed. For now a very happy customer

I swear I have never been so disappointed with a company MULTIPLE times. I'm a clumsy person and have cracked a few phones…which is why I have insurance. There have been several times where I didn't get my replacement on time. The most recent time I called on Friday to put in a claim. I never got a tracking number or confirmation email. I call on Monday because I didn't get my phone. They said it was the delivery companies fault. I asked more questions and they finally admitted the lady on Friday never finalized my payment. I gave her my card info and everything. The guy Monday promised everything would be taken care of and I would have the phone by Tuesday. Tuesday comes and my phone still didn't arrive and I still never got tracking info. I call and the person on Monday STILL DIDNT FINALIZE MY PAYMENT. ARE THEY FREAKING DUMB? The manager said they couldn't give me a discount but offered a $15 gift card which might as well a slap in the face in this economy. Regardless, it's Thursday night and I still don't have the phone. I will be canceling. Also, you pay a monthly payment with Verizon and still have to pay $230 for a new iPhone when you need a replacement. It's just wild to me. Please get Apple Care. That's what I'll be doing.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
