Of course, there WAS a sales pitch for Verizon's insurance program covering all my devices, but when I said no they just completed the service. Good experience overall.

Jasmine was simply outstanding me in activating my new iPhone, before my old and outdated Verizon Droid Incredible phone was affected following Verizon's removal of its 3G Network.
