I have been trying to set up my new IPHONE 14 MAX PRO and was having issues. The last thing i wanted to do was to deal with tech support. I contacted online chat, was lucky enough to get in touch with Matthew and he stayed with me until i got my phone, face ID and watch all up and running. Assurion is great for protecting your products that ultimately -we probably don't have the money to just replace outright. If we didn't have mobile device protect or home device protect and it really cost nothing compared to what it would take to replace a device, any random given moment. However, today their system decided to crash after being on hold for over two hours. I was put on mute for a moment for replacement paperwork to be submitted and five 10-20-30-40 minutes later the person never come back to the line and I'm still on hold even while typing this review. Jordan in mobil tech chat in the app informed me that they were having system issues and that that was probably why the guy was not able to connect back with me and gave me a number for Tier too so I am satisfied with that knowledge

I have had Asurion on my ATT account for years but just purchased the monthly unlimited plan via Amazon and was very worried my device wasn't properly covered. I am a DJ and my primary equipment is known as a "DJ Controller" but on the site you HAVE to select a category and product type so it is now insured under "MP3 Docking Station"... which is such a sad way to put it lol. I did get in contact with support and made very sure that it is considered a "portable device" and is covered from drops and spills which is THE MOST IMPORTANT with people walking up to DJs and holding their cups over all of our electronics! I only gave it 4/5 stars because I wish there was an "Other" category so I wouldn't have had to worry so much about the product description and support doesn't have a transcript to send or download which is a little scary if I need to submit it later just in case any claim gets denied but the agent did say to copy it all and just save it in a file so its something and Jayson was very helpful and understood completely how important this coverage was for me.

My refund was processed quickly for my use immediately. I have insured many items over the years and have always received the best service and quickly responses.
I got the number from my local asurion shop where I had my iPad screen fixed a while back. I called then they got back to me and I did what they asked then they wanted more info and now I have to send the watch to someplace else via ups but it's free.

Great experiance with tech michele she was very knowledgeable and friendly, she understood my issues and was egar tto help, sge was a good salesman and tryed her hardest to get me to sign up for added protection but at this time i am not able to add any to my budget

Snail mail! No options to speed up the process. Difficult to use 800 number to file claim. Today we use our phone as a computer and they want you to file your claim online. That's great, but my phone is broken so its difficult to make a claim online. Oh did I say snail mail? I know they consider over night good services, but when we the consumer pays thousands of dollars for the phone, services, and insurance we do not want to wait more then an hour or so to replace what we have lost. Its as if they took my leg and now want me to run a marathon! So I will not be able to give a good review of the service and experience that I have with Asurion or US Cellular

Claims can be done online and shipping and receiving is easy. Just keep a look out on the emails when the arrive to follow with instructions do follow.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
