The online chat with customer support was very easy and able to offer a resolution to the problem with my equipment. It was my first time having to file a claim with Asurion and was very pleased with the process.

The printer ceased working. After efforts to diagnose and fix the problem myself I called teck support and explained what I perceived the problem to be. The teck took over from there and in a very short time resolved the problem.
He also took additional steps so that the problem would not occur again. I am a very satisfied customer..

Often buy the Asurion protection plans from Amazon, but this was my first time actually having to file a claim. It could'nt have been any easier and Raymund was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. 5 stars all the way!

I called about various issues with my fridge. The technician came out to assess and then returned as expected fixed everything in a timely fashion and also ordered another motor for the ice maker just in case the day that it no longer functions because they do eventually give out. The character of the technician was pleasant and professional. Thank you!
I know my way around a phone but sometimes the service you're subscribed to have features you may not know about. I was helped with setting up a VPN and the way they helped was personable. He knew I was just techy enough to know what he was talking about so he didn't talk down to me or go over my head. He knew just the level of professionalism to have with me.

Clarity between BJ's and Asurion as to who is responsible for what was not clear to all parties. What Asurion told customer with respect to what customer would receive as payment was not correct. Cost of item plus sales tax was told to customer by Asurion but only item price was paid? The length of time to make a decision as to fix or pay was too long (two plus weeks). BJ's was not a real player in the final effort to clear up all questions.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
