I know my way around a phone but sometimes the service you're subscribed to have features you may not know about. I was helped with setting up a VPN and the way they helped was personable. He knew I was just techy enough to know what he was talking about so he didn't talk down to me or go over my head. He knew just the level of professionalism to have with me.
I rarely get help by chat line.

Clarity between BJ's and Asurion as to who is responsible for what was not clear to all parties. What Asurion told customer with respect to what customer would receive as payment was not correct. Cost of item plus sales tax was told to customer by Asurion but only item price was paid? The length of time to make a decision as to fix or pay was too long (two plus weeks). BJ's was not a real player in the final effort to clear up all questions.
It took a long time to do the job. He worked quite hard considering the confined space in which to work!
Accidents happen, thank God I got insurance. Seriously nothing messes up my phone worse than falling on it with it in your hand.

I have to say that I am very pleased with my experience because each time I have had an issue it has been resolved in a timely manner and far exceeded my expectations.
I spoke to two different agents regarding an insurance claim with AT&T mobile service. One agent helped with a claim and the other provided technical support when receiving the replacement one (refurbished phone not new) Both were great! I took one star off for being misled by the AT&T sales rep about the insurance coverage. I think the deductible is ridiculous that it's the same price of my car deductible of $250 for a 1K phone. Also, don't expect to get much coverage if your warranty is over. Once the warranty is over you will be paying a deductible if insurance even cover your claim. Cracked screen is not covered. So by the time you pay your insurance monthly plus the deductible, you're pretty much paying for your 1K phone twice. Hopefully this help anyone who has been misled about getting insurance on your mobile phone to think twice.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
