Alisha, was great! And was very patient, understanding, and listened to my issue. I was not comfortable proceeding with the transfer process and could not risk loosing anything from my old phone. She went through and guided me through every prompt and apps to start and complete the transfer. Everything went perfectly, and now I have my new phone ready to go. All data, yes Everything is transferred over and she did a perfect job helping every step of the way.

Christian was polite, patient, kind and competent. Being a senior, activating a replacement cell phone (mine was stolen) isn't exactly intuitive. But Christian guided me through each tedious step, with kindness and lots of encouragement. He is truly an asset to your Tech Team. You're lucky to have him!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
