Very easy process the only issue was I had to wait a week to get my repair but everything worked out great
I replaced grandson IPhone and we wasn't able to get data service. Call the Verizon text who left message regarding what to do if need help to set up new phone. Customer service representative was great, patience and knows how to treat customers. She walked us through the set up of the new phone with steady patience. She laughed with us, she made sure the new phone worked with and without wi fi. She made a test call to the new to make sure that the new phone was connected and working properly. She made sure everything with the new worked properly. And she stayed on the phone with us when there was a hold for a few minutes. This is the kind of representative I hope to always be greeted and helped by. Thank you! Darlene
I went online, set up appointment, walked in hand to my phone told me 2 hours. Came back in 2 hours. Job done, very satisfied, very pleasant people.
Although I really didn't think I'd need the insurance, I opted in anyway. Then of course the phone was dropped and needed repair. Asurion made the process easy via the online claim. Followed up via email and gave reasonable options on getting the repair. The technician knew his stuff and we were back up and running within 24 hours.
The technician was nice and he only took 15 minutes to fix my phone. He also came to meet me so I got to get coffee while I waited, by the time my coffee was ready so was my phone.

I dropped my new phone about 6 inches but an iron table broke the fall. Thought only my screen protector was broken. But it was the actual screen that was cracked all over. I reached out for repair thru Verizon. They connected me to Asurion. The tech actually came to my house, so I didn't have to go anywhere! He went to his vehicle and about 15 minutes later, my phone was like new! I could not be more pleased.
While I was at a convention. I lost my phone. Went to an At&t store and explained what happened. He then called Asurion and explained what happened and handed me the phone. I only had this phone for a week & half as my original phone was stolen (after having it 10 days) and I had to make a claim for that one (and they sent me a the second phone). Then I went and lost it. Assuring arranged to send me another phone. (I lost my phone on Mon, looked all over convention center for it. On Wednesday I made the claim. On Thursday, the convention center called to say they found the phone & I went to pick it up. On Friday my neighbor called to say my new phone was there. (Which I will return when I get home). How many insurance companies would allow you to make 2 claims in one month? I felt everyone I talked to was kind and understanding and I will definitely tell my friends with phones to get that insurance.
The Service shop was great they actually contacted me to come in the same day. Dropped off my phone with in hour i was contacted that my phone was ready. Problem was a black out screen. I picked up the phone and they showed it worked and thank me for being a customer
The technician was here on time and the technician was done in 30 minutes or less and what I really appreciated was that the technician was nice enough to change my battery.
Once the claim was file for a broken screen, a new phone arrived in 2 days along with a prepaid envelope to send in the damaged one. I hope I will never have to use the insurance again, but if I do, it will be hassle free.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
