Kind and helpful tech

The service tech was extremely helpful and patient with me hovering over him asking all manner of inane questions, he was friendly and polite and quite knowledgeable… I would invite him back anytime…thank you for resolving our issue in such a competent manner. We've always had great success with Samsung's service…above and beyond any others we've used in the last 50 years!

Asurion is helping me with my warranty for my drone. They have been very helpful in keeping me updated and making sure I'm happy with their service. Their chat rep, Juvelyn, has the patience of an angel. I don't know if my drone will get fixed yet but dealing with Asurion has been a pleasure.

Almost easy

Everything was so easy until this pop-up screen appeared asking for a review and covered all of the information I needed. There was no option to refuse or close it. Hopefully, after I submit this, I'll be able to continue with my claim process, uninterrupted by annoying pop-up screens.

This is the 5th time that the icemaker on this Samsung fridge has failed since purchase. Asurion is now working with me to replace this appliance. I'm really happy I bought the extended coverage as it's been frustrating to try to get it finally repaired or replaced.

IPhone SE Replacement

All in all great, worst was forgetting from past experience the sim tray number would be needed (also found in settings, easier to read), and that using the tray would require a light and magnification glass if an update is in progress. Otherwise process to get phone replaced is fairly simple, now waiting on update and try new phone/move items over, and send old back.

If your looking for a good insurance to protect any and all devices and other Electronics then look no further, Asurions customer care friendliness and attentiveness is better than any other insurance I have used, and their self service system to file your own claim is also very easy to navigate through, I highly recommend them.
