People in store were great wish I didn't have to go through this BS for replacement. Then I get to return the old one another BS hastle. Experience was not good. To much BS in the world without having to deal with this over the phone. I'm not sure I will stay with cricket at this point. May be changing to another service soon.

I have had to use Asurion on several items but the most recent being dash cams and the refund is fast, usually within a few days of dropping off the item at the UPS store.

I have been working on a phone claim for two months.I received an email from asurion stating that I need to resubmit my ID. They refused to accept a Government issued Military Id stating that it was a "work id" The level of frustration that I was feeling is incredible. I submitted my drivers license and was promptly told that I would have to wait for a review. Seriously, I was already approved for a replacement device. I only needed the final approval to pay my deductible. But again, now I am waiting AGAIN. They need to get their Stuff together and teach their people the difference between a work id and a Goverment issued military ID..

Purchased insurance for instant cameras bought as Christmas gifts on Amazon last year which stopped functioning. Contacted Asurion about it and very pleasant and helpful customer service people I spoke with, resolved issue for me. Also needed to use chat when shipping label failed to print correctly and that also worked well without issue. What a great group of people! Buy the insurance!

I made a purchase through Amazon & also purchased Asurion 2 year electronic protection plan. My product conked out before a year had gone by. Asurion made it very easy to file a claim & I'll be reimbursed when they receive defective product. Fast, easy, well organized. I purchased a new product with Amazon & made sure to buy another Asurion protection plan.
First time using Asurion & the process to file, submit & make arrangements to have my cell phone repaired was very easy & quick.
Had to contact a&t support, hence assuring. I prefer the phone & sometimes it's required but the chat function always seem to be the best option & the wait time is minimal! They will have someone call if necessary! Seem to quickly solve most minor issues

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
