She also suggested doing it every 2 to 3 weeks. I'm putting it on my calendar. I'm going copy & paste the instruction on my calendar so it will so easy to follow the instructions each time. I'll just so happy.
Very helpful staff. I bought my laptop from Costco less then two years ago. Suddenly, its USB ports stopped working. Because, Costco gives two year extended warranty on electronics items, they told me to contact Asurion, and that's how I came in contact with them(Asurion). Its staff is very welcoming. They spoke with me with full respect and fixed my laptop in a week. Hats off to their service. Thanks
I lost my device and was nervous about it but they mad it so comfortable to put in claim that I'm not as mad at myself I have enough stress in my life thankfully this is not one of them

The freezer LED Panel was not working properly. I called Asurion to submit a claim. The appointments were scheduled, technician came to look at the freezer, parts were ordered, scheduled repair date, parts were received. Repair date came, parts installed and I am back to business as usual. Thanks to all!
