I was very happy with my experience dealing with an issue getting my printer to be recognized on my Wifi network by the technician, Norman. I actually spoke to him twice and both times he worked diligently to resolve the issue, and it was not a quick solution. After going through rebooting the router and diagnosing the printer driver installation he worked for an additional twenty or so minutes to figure out why the printer wasn't working. It really reinforced why I bought this additional warranty, truthfully I thought it was a waste of money but JUST IN CASE, I used a little caution that was well worth the $49.
When first starting this I thought my experience was going to be bad but it totally made up for it at the end I had a little bit of trouble online and got stuck but with the chat I was able to file my claim really easy and move on thank you very much and have a great day

Asurion and Medy made filing a claim so easy and fast. This is the second time I have filed a claim on electronic items and both times, Asurion assisted me with filing my claims. I have filed claims with other companies for other appliances and ended up with a broken refrigerator in my home for over a month and a half while that warranty company sent me in circles trying to complete the claim for a refrigerator I had in my home less than 24hrs before it died. I highly recommend spending the extra money to purchase an Asurion warranty for anything electrical from Amazon, you won't regret it.

I'm sure I could have done it myself because I'm on the younger side and great at computers and phones, but after my last phone gave me the "black screen of death" and broke while I was sleeping, I wanted to make sure I did everything right. Also wanted to make sure I could put my SIM from my dead phone into my new phone without issue. That being said, Ian my tech support dude, was great. There was no wait to speak to someone, he replied super fast with non stock phrases, and was super personable.I have absolutely 0 complaints about the whole process.
Called asurion and they referred a repair service in my area. The gentleman was very kind and funny and also truthful. A week later received a response the dryer was beyond repair, aurion refunded the value and received refund the same day. EXCELLENT SERVICE, thank you Asurion.

I originally had the Verizon Mobile Protection Plan and had no problem with them when it came to getting a new phone. Now when it came to getting a screen repair through Asurion the process looked easy but the fine print was not as clear. You can only have your screen repaired at the $29 deductible if only the front of the screen is damaged. Any other damage on the phone makes it ineligible for that plan when i only wanted to fix my front cracked screen. I dint care for any other repair. The only other option was to pay over $200 for an entire new phone but like i said i only needed the screen repair since my phone was in fully working condition other than a very small crack damage on the back of the phone. I would not recommend spending this extra cost a month.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
