Not happy

Dyson is a very expensive with no power portable stick vacuum. I am not happy about having a repair on a vacuum that is sub par for the money.

A repaired vaccuum that didnt work well to begin with is not worth the money expended on the warranty.

That was fast!

I called my service provider and got the number to Asurion. That was quick and pleasant as they always are. Then, I called Asurion and listened to the directions. I then followed the directions and in less than 10 minutes, my claim is processed and my device is on its way. Amazing and super fast. I highly recommend them for warranty purposes and a great service site.

No Drone Coverage!

2 years ago I got the plan and was specifically told that drones were covered as part of the plan. Now after trying to file a claim with them I've been told we don't cover drones. The fact that they didn't even send an email or anything to inform their customers of changes or anything is truly disappointing and I don't think I will recommend people to getting Asurion considering that I've been lied to who knows what else they'll change to not cover you without your knowledge.

These people reject any claim there is from lost to just damage. Everything narrows down to their logic decisions so it better to buy insurance elsewhere or save money to put out of pocket.

Best Best Appliance service call Ever

Matthew was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He went above and beyond in educating me about the care that my ice maker needs in order to function easily and not need to have any more service calls. He explained things and made it easy for me to understand since I am not educated in machines and working parts. I am so grateful to him and I also did not feel like a total idiot for not having known everything before. Give this man a raise, he priceless to your company.

Easy Peasy at Asurion

It was very easy to file a claim online I didn't even know I could have them come to my home to have my screen repaired. I am home bound due to several foot surgeries so I can't leave my home do this is extremely convenient for people like me. I would recommend to my entire family but all of my family members already use Asurion.

I'm getting ready to turn fifty And as much as I pride myself on knowing quite a bit about this or that when it comes to technology i'm still all thumbs However the staff mainly Annie at asurion What's patient kind and not once did she be little or make fun of which is just a tremendous thing nowadays we've all been we've all been trying to get things taken care of and sometimes the person on the other end they just don't seem to understand?
