I called my service provider and got the number to Asurion. That was quick and pleasant as they always are. Then, I called Asurion and listened to the directions. I then followed the directions and in less than 10 minutes, my claim is processed and my device is on its way. Amazing and super fast. I highly recommend them for warranty purposes and a great service site.
2 years ago I got the plan and was specifically told that drones were covered as part of the plan. Now after trying to file a claim with them I've been told we don't cover drones. The fact that they didn't even send an email or anything to inform their customers of changes or anything is truly disappointing and I don't think I will recommend people to getting Asurion considering that I've been lied to who knows what else they'll change to not cover you without your knowledge.

It was very easy to file a claim online I didn't even know I could have them come to my home to have my screen repaired. I am home bound due to several foot surgeries so I can't leave my home do this is extremely convenient for people like me. I would recommend to my entire family but all of my family members already use Asurion.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
