We purchased an office chair at Staples and were told that Asurion would cover almost anything that could happen to the chair, including pet damage, so we purchased the 2 year plan. 1 year in, our cat decided to scratch the chair and we decided to see if the salesperson was lying and tried to get another product. The claim process was very simple, just keep your receipt, take pictures of your product, upload them to the site, and viola! It took 2 days! Definitely recommend this to everyone!

Well when i first open my computer, to see how to return my sons RC truck, i was lost couldn't find my product in the system, then i said to my self OMG what am going to do, i don't even know where to start, then the icon chat oped up, thank you so much for your help, stress free
Unfortunately, I left my phone on top of the car drove off and I heard a noise and sure enough it was my phone I turned around and the screen obviously cracked and it was raining and it wouldn't turn back on so I filed a claim and it was very easy to do so.

Wow -- Process was very simple. This was my first time to use the replacement plan and I was ready to fight. Jenny made it so simple to get me a gift card to replace my item. I'm very impressed and will continue to purchase the replacement plans.
I had an issue with my battery going from 97% charged to 1% charged whenever I was connecting the charger to the charging port. Diana was able to help me with downloading a battery life APP and help diagnose the issue with the battery and possibly the charging connector. She did this with making me feel at ease during the whole procedure. You could tell during the chat that she has been doing this for a while and is very good at her profession.
I named it thumbs because I give a thumbs up to Diana of Asurion and because I'm all thumbs typing on a phone. She demonstrated great patience with my typing and made the experience very easy by walking me through all of the complicated aspects out of it. For instance I couldn't bring up photos after a needed screenshot, I hadn't logged in for some time and couldn't remember how to navigate, along with many other questions from me and she was Johnny on the spot with well explained, easy to understand, detailed instructions to get what done what other wise I think would not have gotten done.

This was my third experience making a claim. My claim was originally declined,i had to reach out to both a store and a customer service rep to have it approved. When i brought my device in i was told it would be ready the next day. Every day for 5 days i was told the same thing. On day five i told the expert that this was the fifth day of " it will be ready tomorrow" He finally said that they would repair it that day. My initial claims went very smoothly, so this was very disappointing.
The guy who took care of me made the process very simple

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
