I have sent my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw to their repair facility twice. Each time it was returned unrepaired. I then asked for a home visit. The Technician arrived and asked questions about the problem and then told me he had no tools, not even a screwdriver. After running some tests and the scanner ceased to function. He explained to me that it was not something that was covered and I was wasting my time. After checking my agreement I see that it is covered. The paragraph that states, REPAIR, REPLACE or REIMBURSE comes to mind. And there is always ARBITRATION.
The day you opt out of complete insurance coverage is the day you have your phone stolen or lost... imagine what a nightmare that is... Avoid the hassle, pony up the fee, and breathe easy while napping...

I purchased the warranty when I purchased the item from $#*!'s Sporting Goods. When I needed to file the claim, my receipt was already stored and the process was so easy! I received a gift card to purchase the same or similar product within one day. Thank you for making this process hassle free!
As long as you have the order number of your claim, there customer service is fast and proficient. I had an email with in an hour with a paid return label for the broken product. Then as soon as I dropped off the item, I got home and found the refund email with the full refund. The customer service agent also told me as long as you have purchased an insurance plan ahead of time you can make as many claim for refunds as you need per year. Which is great! Other places say, even if you purchased a plan you can only make 3 max claims per year. That sucks! Because if you have a bad year, or if you have somthing like a powersurge that takes out more then 3 items then you loose out. This complany is great because like I said before as long as you purchased the coverage for that item ahead of time, you can make as many claims as needed!

I had several experience with this company and I am happy with the services.
A gentleman stopped by letting us know that we now have cox cable available for us. We were very excited because we were never very happy with American Broadband. WE had to have our landline along with the internet to keep the cost down, So now were have dropped our landlines and signed up with Cos for internet services.
Process was extremely easy and the representative was very helpful.
Verizon store sent us to Asurion to help when they could not.
It took a little time but they fixed issue to our satisfaction.
Highly recommend them.
I filed a claim in the middle of December, I called to explain our situation and let customer service know we were waiting to see if Disney found any pieces of the sunglasses that was lost on the ride and the person I spoke with was extremely rude and not helpful or understanding. I asked for our claim to be canceled and I would just fill it out again once we found out if Disney found the sunglasses. I went to speak with someone at customer service today via chat and file a claim cause we got the pieces of sunglasses Disney found and sent to us and the gentleman that I spoke with through chat was absolutely amazing and so helpful. I gave this a 3 star as it is right in the middle, the first person would have maybe gotten a 1 star but Hoover would have gotten a 5 star! Asurion needs more people like Hoover that is so kind and helpful and understanding not judgy!

Filed a service claim via Chat. Cameron assisted with the claim. He was clear, responsive and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. He was able to submit a claim within a timely manner. Cameron is a 5 star customer service representative!
I was having connectivity issues with one of my phones. I was able to contact tech support through the Verizon app and had the issue resolved in minutes. The process was super fast and easy to use.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
