Terrible experience with the website. It isn't till your claim is humanized that you are taken care of. This company does not want to lose money. It does not want to give up claims.

Each time I had to call into customer care, the wait times were very short, and each agent was extremely polite and to the point and thorough. Also, given my circumstances in needing a replacement phone, each agent was perfectly sympathetic and understanding. The friendliness and professionalism was *******% consistent between each agent. ( I had the pleasure of speaking with Rodney, Nicole, Melanie, and Simon)

Our oven went out on Christmas Day. We made an inquiry by internet and were sent a phone number to call. Once we called the number, the man came to repair the oven the next day. We were very pleased with the service and the repair.

It took three tries, but Asurion kept at it until they got it right.

FOR A WHILE I FELT LIKE I WAS GETTING THE TYPICAL INSURANCE COMPANY RUN AROUND. SO I SENT A COMPLAINT LETTER TO ASSURION AND HOME DEPOT. THAT DID THE TRICK, AND THEY DECIDED TO MAKE A BETTER EFFORT.

THE LATEST TECHNICIAN OF THREE HAD THE AGE AND EXPERIENCE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS NEEDED TO FIX OUR KITCHENAID DISHWASHER. THAT IS MOST LIKELY BECAUSE HE HAS ONE HIMSELF. HE KNEW ABOUT DISHWASHER CLEANERS, AND RUNNING LONGER HOTTER CYCLES. HE ALSO POINTED OUT A SUPER HOT WATER FEATURE ON OUR MACHINE THAT I WAS NOT AWARE OF.

OVERALL, I HAVE TO GIVE ASSURION CREDIT FOR KEEPING AT IT UNTIL THEY GOT IT RIGHT.

Trouble shooting technical issues on phones and other devices is getting more challenging. There is a lot of info on the web to search for and to many options to choose from. On a single chat call with Asurion, they were able to resolve my technical issues and save me a lot of time.

YOUR WEB PAGE IS NOT FRIENDLY... EITHER ON THE PHONES OR IN THE PC... HAVING TO DOWNLOAD THE CLAIM FORM IS VERY OLD, THIS FORM SHOULD BE ABLE TO FILL OUT ONLINE AND IF I AM ALREADY IN MY ACCOUNT, TAKE MY DATA BASICS. NAME, TELEPHONE. EMAIL AND CLAIM NUMBER. I CAN ADD THE PRODUCT INFORMATION. IT IS A VERY OUTDATED PROCESS AS THEY HAVE IT RIGHT NOW AND MORE BEING A TECHNOLOGY SERVICE
