Asurion/Staples Tech

This is the first time I've ever used Staples Tech service. The Tech was knowledgeable, pleasant and very patient. It took a while to get it resolved. Had both new computer and new printer. They didn't want to talk to each other. Was pleasantly surprised.

Lifesaver and timesaver

I am at that in between age where I know enough about computers and use them daily, however not great with complex troubleshooting. I have now used this service a couple of times and both times the techs were extremely helpful and kind. I love the ease of use of the service and the communication. I highly recommend to everyone.

My husband is notorious with breaking his phones, it is very quick and easy to do a claim. Only takes a few minutes, free delivery, transfer information, send the broken one back, I'm not good at tech stuff, this is just very easy

First off I will give asurion credit for doing what they could in my situation however Verizon's personal customer service not so much. After being a Verizon customer for many years they have gone down hill, however they still have some employees that have customer service skills and enjoy helping the customers.
