I learned throughout the years that if they offer a warranty GET IT! I stick to this method and know that especially for big purchases I NEED insurance. So when I decided to invest in my first spendy camera I shelled out the extra money to have coverage just in case something went wrong over the next four years. My Canon Camera was great and as my photography progressed I invested in an external flash. I made sure it was compatable with my make and model and there are plenty of Videos I have watched... I had to watch (trying to figure out what was wrong) that backs me up.The flash wouldnt work actually it wouldnt even let me get past a certain menu its like it has a glitch its stuck on a caution screen. I call Asurion and I send it in to get fixed... they send it back... unfixed with a note attached saying it was fixed... I sent it back again per their request... they send it back again saying there is no issue... I talk to a lady who says after three times I can get a refund no problem just send it back one final time and I will receive an exchange or refund... THEY SENT IT BACK AGAIN to me! They said it was a software problem and they cant fix this its not covered! I go to Canon! They cant fix it either! Now I payed for a camera AND insurance and I cant even use it for the projects I need them for. I have since purchased 2 Sony cameras and highly recommend them. I would stay away from Asurion and Canon simply for their VERY poor customer service. I started this process of sending my camera back and forth in March 2017 it is currently late June 2018 and no one has offered any real help.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
