If I could give Phillip 6/5 stars I would! After falling while running and shattering my phone screen I was able to file a claim and make a repair appointment within 2 days after normal work hours. Phillip came straight to my door, kindly explained the screen repair process, and then had my phone perfectly fixed and back in 20 minutes! He also was able to provide details on filing a claim for poor battery life and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Thank you so much Phillip and Asurion for this phenomenal experience! I cracked the screen on my phone and took it to the store for replacement. The customer service rep let me know that I needed to go to a website and do this myself. The website was very user friendly and directions easy to understand, but the person in the store was doing absolutely nothing so not sure why he couldn't help me.
Asurion provides A1 superior service always. Filed a claim late afternoon, it was approved and phone received within 24 hrs. This is not my first claim, I also have other family members who have had to work with Asurion, they get it right the first time in the spirit of excellence.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
