Asurian to the rescue!

I was doing a pest job when all of the sudden my phone (my businesses life blood) dropped from my pocket onto customers rock garden smashing the screen to pieces! I picked it up and put the pieces I'm my jacket pocket and finished my job all the while worrying about what this mishap was going to cost me and how long I would be without my phone.After leaving my job I called my local AT&T and was informed that I would have to place my claim first! I pulled out my phone and followed the easy prompts to
Make my claim and selected replace my screen! $29 dollars is what the replacement price would be and I was given several locations to pick from to boot! Wow I thought to myself as my mind began to feel at ease!
I picked my local AT&T center and drove right over. It looked tone pretty busy and I kind of expected that since it was the day before a Holiday in which they
Would be closed. They recognized me immediately when I walked into the door and I told them why I was there. There was at least one person ahead of me. After 10 minutes or so I was talking to a technician and after he ran a diagnostic he told me when to expect my repairs about 4 hours or so I signed the paperwork and left. About 3 hours later my wife received a call my phone was ready! Thank you AT&T and Asurian without you I would be in dire straits but you rescued me! Bob Neal

They changed my deductible to $229 for a series 5 iwatch. This is April 2023; that watch can be purchased for less. What's the point of insurance if the deductible is more than retail? Very dishonest.

Bought an expensive vacuum cleaner from Sears which came with a warranty; also bought Asurion coverage which was to kick in once the Sears warranty expired. The hose broke in just three months, Sears wouldn't honor their warranty. Called Asurion, explained that Sears was being awful about this, and Asurion replaced the broken hose even though they weren't yet obligated. Months later the vacuum power switch broke. Called Asurion, quickly got friendly service and a return label, and the repaired vacuum came back in about a week. I highly recommend Asurion, not so much Sears, and even less the vacuum cleaners that are being made today.

Adin is a gem!

The experience was flawless. Adin contacted me 30 min before arrival and arrived at the time he said he would. Very polite and made sure all of my questions were answered and explained the limited warranty with the repair. We will be requesting Adin in the future if we need one of our phones fixed. The repair was complete in the time he told me it would be finished. It was so easy to get the phone screen replaced, he came to us which was amazing!

Quick and easy

I accidentally cracked the screen on my son's phone and felt awful. I filed the claim with ATT and within 30 minutes got a call from an Asurion business in my area. I was able to take the phone in within hours and the screen was fixed the same day! It looked good as new, and I was off the hook!
