Got appointment, showed up late to appt, yet my phone was repaired to good as new less than 2 hours by a very, kind as well as professional gentleman at the NW Barry Rd store in Kansas City,MO.
I dropped my phone off to be fixed, they estimated a 2 and a half hour fix time & it was ready not long after I returned to pick it up. Kevin did a great job & I'm very happy to have my phone fixed.
Setting my appointment online was easy. Tech showed up exactly when she was supposed to and fixed my screen extremely quickly. Very happy with my service and feel comfort knowing should I break my screen again, I'll have the best service imaginable

Did a claim on line, got a bunch of random texts not very professional then the night before my appointment they cancelled. Had to call again and go through the same process to set another appointment have to wait another week.

So I am a Over the Road Truck Driver. My Samsung S22 Ultra fell out of my semi and landed on the screen. Iv had this happen in the past, however iv never so much as cracked a screen. This time how ever the entire left side shattered and it rapidly spidered the entire screen.

Was immediately handed to a representative who effectively knew what I needed and mentioned mobile service. I however did not know Asurion had a Mobile Service available. The convenience of having someone come directly to a truck stop or customer and work on my screen to get it replaced was top notch and amazing. Very fast, on time, courteous, great communication from the tech on ETA, fast repair, arrived, fixed, gone withing 45 minutes tops. 10/10+.

Thank you for my phone insurance asurion, a technician came today and had a lot of knowledge fast and excellent on fixing the cellphones, I had taking it to Best Buy before, with apple certified and they told me it wasn't fixable
My grandsons phone was unusable. Luckily I had insured it. I put in a repair request and I was able to obtain an appointment that worked perfectly. The technician came to my house, explained everything to me and the repair was done within 15 minutes!
I have a Home+ Asurion plan separate from my home carrier.
I talked to at least 5 reps to file a claim For my iPad.
At least 2 said you don't exist in our system (I do get a bill though…) 1 said all good, You have a claim filed (didn't happen) 1 said go back to phone carrier (not related; separate) The last one said you're calling the wrong # (I called the one on my bill…)
Trying to file online and that too is one nightmare. The one is for nice customer service, even though none were helpful.

I broke my phone on Thursday evening. Went into At&t that night. At&t set up my appointment with Asurion the next morning. Went in and was fixed within 45min. Exemplary.
Absolutely awful company to work for. Treat employees terribly and have awful management. Would not recommend!
When I called to report my claim, I was asked if I wanted to add the home security plan. I declined and the salesperson said "why" is a confrontational tone. I elaborated on why, and he didn't take no for an answer. I said no over 5x and he was still being rude, annoyed and pushy. Come to find out even though I said no over and over, he added it anyway.

I had insurance on my iPhone, crushed the screen & went to the ATT store. They helped my place my claim, told me when repairman would come to my house to fix. Everything went smooth from there, until the phone was fixed. No stress, no hassle. Thankful!
By far the easiest and best experience I've ever had in an ATT store. Charley was in constant contact with me and did the repair in a very timely manner.
Didn't have to wait on anything my replacement was here the next day so keep up the great work

I had a damaged screen, my phone was flickering and blinking with a dark screen in which I could barely see anything. I called Asurion and they got me to the nearest repair center and the phone was repaired in 2 hours. Excellent service!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
