The experience was seamless and I'm extremely happy with how fast the issue was resolved. My daughter needed a phone for a trip and they delivered her replacement next day for me. Customer service was so friendly and prompt.
You used to have to pay $100+ on your next bill, have to transfer everything to another device, and send in your phone even if you only had a cracked screen now it's $29 and a tech meets you to fix a broken screen I can assure you that Asurion is worth having now
Initially I felt like I was going in circles trying to file a claim, However, when I got to chat with an agent, everything changed instantly. The agent was very caring and seem to be really interested in assisting me. I was very impressed with her professional and personal attitude.
I was dreading going through the process of returning a portable DVD player I bought for the kids. I figured it would take forever. When I went to enter what it was of course my product was not in the pop ups. I went to the chat. Marry was the person I chatted with. She made the process very easy and as quick as it could be. I was very pleased with my experience. I would suggest utilizing Asurion if you are concerned about the product you are buying. The product I bought was cheap and by a company I did not know so I wanted to be sure I did not lose out. This worked well for me.
Never thought I gotta use the warranty, but I happened. I thought I was gonna spend hours on the phone for the claim process, but it was very quick and efficiency. I hope people won't use this advantage to abuse the warranty policy. Will definitely buy this as extra for all my electric devices in the future. Love Amazon!
The Asurion site had some issues with connecting to a customer service representative to handle my claim and I also had a problem connecting to initially the. But once I was able to connect with a service representative, they provided phenomenal support and made the experience so much better!
My battery expanded, causing the back of my phone to warp. I contacted Asurion and had the option of taking the phone to a store or having the repair done at my home. I chose the latter, and it was done in a timely fashion. The technician was on time and professional.

The phone support is excellent and the rep was very knowledgeable in helping me solve my issue. The info included in the box mailed to me was hard to follow. So I called the toll free number listed and the rep was able to walk me thru it from beginning to end.
After fully supporting my defective item, I was given a link to print out a shipping label to return to receive my compensation, but unfortunately, the link went to nowhere and no matter what I did I was not able to print out the shipping label. Thankfully, the super superior support staff at this company was able to resolve it in a different capacity and I was able to print out the label. This support staff really does exceed expectations.

My problem was a broken cell phone screen. I contacted Asurion about the issue & was directed to their website to start a claim. In less than 5 minutes I navigated through the claims process & was set up to have the phone screen replaced at their recommended local repair facility. The repair shop persomnel were very quick & professional & had the phone looking like new & back in my hands in about 2 hours. The whole experience was unbelievably quick and easy. The technician was on time for our appointment today. He was very efficient in getting the job done, I asked about 20 different questions about the process and what he was doing, and he was kind enough to respond and was very knowledgeable. Very friendly!
A friend sent me a document in a text message and I did not have an app for the document type. So I used the one that was suggested. That app took over my home screen. I could not uninstall the app and could not reset my prior home screen. With the Asurion representative's help, I am now back to my original home screen which returns the full control of my phone back to me. Everyone was patient and polite, they are the best.

Chelsea was such a fantastic supporter and very keen, even proactive in helping me assess the risks and priorities of my situation while clearly explaining steps, giving contextual information to some of the more challenging procedures as we attempted to resolve the issue remotely, and educating me along the way about the nature of the malware and potential risks while genuinely listening to the situation that led to the zeroclick spyware cyberattacks I sought guidance for navigating. Which yielded additional security considerations and clear action items beyond the initial scope of the problem to include consideration of targeted phone numbers and safety as well.
People are always thrashing on Asurion, but they don't know the true value of service. I had them for over 15 years. Always come thru for my family and our devices. If they cannot fix it, they will replace it and IF THEY CANNOT REPLACE, they will compensate. Never had issue with the refurbished phones and I have personally seen them immediately corrected any issues with those going as far as issuing a brand new replacement. They are aolid.
The Asurion support from Richie on the VIZMIX fishing tackle backpack (corroded zippers) was a great experience. After several questions from him, he gave me easy instructions on the return and advice on the refund. I highly recommend Asurion.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
