I am a veteran, and I been with Verizon for almost two years. I cracked my screen, knew I had insurance but no time to deal with this company. Today I decided to deal with the insurance I been paying for 20 months and I can't get my screen covered. I was honest that I broke it and Thef going to punish me, With 8 phone calls 1 hour of my time to find out, I had 90 days to repair your phone screen from DOI. Punish a person for being busy. Canceling my insurance plan good for getting lost I guess.
I was so prepared for it to be a huge run around. It was a run around when I kept trying to get a human on the phone to help me. When I finally gave it up and filled out the stuff on line, it was super easy and I got it all done in 10 min or less.
Had an 8am -12pm service call...no one showed up. So, I was forced to call since no one called us.
1st time called, had rude c/s and then hung up on.
2nd time called, spoke to Regine, who then told me that the service call was canceled by the service company...NO ONE CALLED TO TELL US. I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT. Then I was told that a technician would be coming Monday at 12pm because that's when the service company (Frontier Tech Appliances) decided it worked for them; again, no one contacted us, the client.
Next, I spoke with Caren T, a supervisor who assured me the situation would be escalated and that for certain that she would reach out to me by phone or email by Sunday with any news. She did not. So again, I had to call and find out what was going on. Guess who I couldn't get in touch with? Caren T, and the new escalation person still couldn't get through to Frontier Tech Appliances. So now it is Monday at 11:27am, and I still don't know if I have a service tech coming or when. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have a new washing machine sitting idle w/water in it and no one has been able to come out. I've wasted time and energy, and paid for a service that is supposed to help. The best part is that they gave me the number for the service company to call myself. UM...now you're making me do the job that I paid your company to do? Awful.

Unfortunately I use Asurion more than most people. Always my fault of course. I'm glad to have them taking care of me. They are always on the ball. Fast professional no questions asked. Great service and well worth the money.
Kevin was beyond helpful and pleasant to deal with. He was very aware of his job and his roles and went above and beyond to make sure I was helped and my problem was fixed in that day!

My wife phone fell and it got cracked on the back of the phone, it looked terrible, she was sad, I went into the ATT app, filled up the request, it was about 6:00 pm and in less than 24 hours I got the new phone.

After paying for insurance for my cell phone for 5 years it turns out that it is worthless. The camera and flashlight stopped working on my phone. When I put in a claim I am told that my only option is a an S8 or S9 replacement phone. The replacement phone has a $149 deductible. Both of those replacement phones can be purchased with 2 year warranty for much less all over the place. So, after paying over $1000 in insurance I am finding out that the insurance is worthless. I will be moving on from asurion and VERIZON.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from a representative when I contacted via phone and reported a problem with phone. From the moment I called, I was greeted with a friendly attitude, which instantly made me feel great and at ease.
The representative was extremely knowledgeable, instructed me how to handle the issue and told me that another phone would be mailed to me in the next couple of days. The representative was able to answer all of my questions with ease.
Throughout the entire process, the representative was patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure that I had a positive experience. They made me feel like a valued customer, and their dedication to providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction.

Asurion process was long and irritating but the technician who repaired my phones was VERY patient and respectful above ALL. I really appreciated his customer service.

After reading reviews from AT&T's in-store service, I was worried about a place I hadn't heard of but decided to try it even though it wasn't very close to where I lived. This place was SUPERB from the start. I walked in and received an immediate polite welcome, helpful, friendly advice, and fast check-in. I was told how the process works in clear detail, and my concerns were answered and explained to me in a way I could understand. She (the tech) wasn't trying to rush me when another person came in; she acknowledged that person nicely and kept it moving at the same pace. My questions were answered, and I was told I'd be notified in a few hours when my phone was done because of the Samsung diagnostic. Which I already knew about; I've cracked a screen before during air travel. I got the call, and it was an easy, fast pick-up. My phone works beautifully, and it's been over a month. This place is excellent. I'll never go back to AT&T stores for a fix. I'd rather go where the techs treat you like they want you to be there.
Topher took amazing care of me and made sure my phone got fixed asap and walked me through the process so I understood exactly what needed to happen and was going to happen. He was very friendly and thorough. I really appreciated his help and great work fixing my phone.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
