I purchased the 3 year protection warranty on a Sony headphone set at Christmas time. One of the ear pieces broke off after a few months, so I called Asurion looking to put in a claim. The woman I talked to said she couldn't find my claim, I had a digital copy of the receipt and she asked that I send it, along with my mailing information. I said I would, she hung up, so I sent the information as requested. I didn't hear anything back for 2 weeks and tried calling again and resending the information, only to be told to send it again. I went back to the source and talked to them, telling them about not having any answers. I was told to try again, I did, still no answers or results. At 4 weeks of waiting, I went back to the Source and asked if I could get a refund since I wasn't hearing back from Asurion. He said he couldn't give me a refund but took down my information and said he would talk to his manager. I ended up buying another set of headphones, when asked if I wanted to buy another warranty, I almost laughed.
A few days later, Asurion called me and asked for my receipt, which I have sent. I sent it again, that has both the headphones and the warranty on the receipt. Asurion sent me another email, asking for a picture of the receipt with the warranty on it… which I have sent already at this point a few times. I tried to send them the picture they requested, but the email to upload the receipt kept going in a continuous loop of "unavailable", and anytime I tried to call, the call would either be dropped or not answered. I sent them another email, yet again no response, no answer… nothing at all. Save your money! They definitely aren't going to give your money back.

I called 4 times to to just get a battery replacement and each time, they've only sent me a phone but no battery. Each time, they promised that by the next day, I would have a battery. 4 tries and still no luck. Just a bunch of liars. 0/5 stars.

I went into the Bay City, MI Wilder Rd. Store and was met with very friendly service. Not only did the representative answer my question as to applying for help for a damaged phone, he also walked me through the process and made sure I was all set to go. He did not have to do this as it is a third party insurance program, but he was glad to do so! That is what keeps me loyal to AT&T! I've been with them for 15+ years with my iPhone and will continue! :)
My experience with Asurion they was very helpful, they were very professional, I was very much satisfied, and kept their word on how long my phone was going to be fixed. Will come back if anything goes wrong with my phone, it was very much worth the wait.
They did a good job finally on fixing my phone it only took them four months to finally show me how to login to the insurance that I pay 40 a month for good job AT&T.
It was a pleasant experience after an unfortunate event, my peace of mind came when I remembered that I had my insurance with this company, thank you very much for your help Bravo asurion

I broke the screen on my phone and knew i had to get it fixed as soon as possible. I walked in to the store and the technician guided me in the right direction. I was unable to dial on my phone from where the screen had cracked so he let me call from the store phone to be able to start the claim and get my phone fixed asap. He was respectful and professional the whole time i was there. My phone screen was replaced in a timely manner and my phone was like new when i got it back. I will always recommend the Cinco Ranch location to my family and friends from now on.
The last experience with Asurion, caused me to pay $100 for not returning the somewhat defective device, in exchange for the refurbished one. I wasn't able to transfer all the data, even with their telephone assistance. THIS TIME, it was E-ZY, P-ZY! The online process was a breeze; I took it into UbreakiFix, and they were very professional, courteous, efficient and personable! Thank you everyone! SO glad to have my phone back!
Been paying into Asurion insurance for years and never filed a claim. The first time I do for a cracked screen the company lied and said my claim didn't go through when I did it over the phone and they even directed me to what store to take it to. This company lies. They will gladly take your money for years and the first time you claim they make it so you can't get it fixed. Who can send their phone out for a week?

My screen failed and to be able to make the claim, I needed to pull data and phone IMEI, but this was super challenging, but the agent was extremely patient, pleasant and was really interested to get my issue resolved. It took several contacts with ATT and in one point, the call dropped and I was devastated, but she took the time to call back. I hate that I cant remember her name, because she was simply AWESOME! Also, the process was great, it was scheduled for the very next day, to come to my home and the technician Alyssia was super nice, pleasant and very efficient, she showed sense of urgency. This experience was terrific, from a very frustrating day without phone, worried when I will be back to have a device that I realize I depend so bad, to have such a quick turn around, so convenient at home and at the end it was a phenomenal experience!
AT&T forwarded my call to Asurion.I explained my grandson had dropped his phone and cracked the screen. They worked very efficiently on my problem and when I called U Break I Fix, they had all my information already. Ii brought my phone in and it was ready in less than an hour
Excited to get my repair handled so well. I was in and out in 30 minutes. New screen done while I waited. Professional service can definitely recommend.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
