Had to replace a shattered screen. Online set up was easy. Guy showed up when he was supposed to. Took the phone out, fixed the screen and replaced the battery in less than 30 minutes.

Was very pleased with how fast I could get my screen repaired. I had never had cause to use my insurance before but accidents happen. My tech Hunter, was very good and repair was fast and so far appears as good as it was when I bought it.
