The staff at you break it, we fix it was very competent. I would use there service again. Asurion was quick to ok my claim. They kept in touch via email to make sure my phone had been fixed to my satisfaction. Overall they fixed the crack in my screen but the main board inside of the phone had played out. I ended up having to exchange my phone. Great company!

The Asurion insurance with AT&T is VERY flexible, simple to use and very efficient in determining the co-pay and returning the device.
At first after reading that I have to backup my data or anything important I need to save I was very nervous about everything especially my husband who is so paranoid but after the Tech came I must say he was very pleasant and knowledgeable about his job and the best part is he works right in the comfort of our home and did a super fantastic job of changing both our phone screens. We didn't lost anything and our phones are as new as we first got them we thank you and appreciate your service.
They explained what they were going to do, sending a technician to see if it could be fixed and if not then they would replace the phone.

I have never seen a service take so long to come repair my appliances. I called several other repairs services they could come out that or the next day. The one Asurion gave me appliance service center took nine days to come look to see what was wrong. It's not worth waiting to get my appliance fixed. I will be canceling my plan and wouldn't recommend anyone for their service.

This was my first phone repair and I had been wondering why I was paying for the maintenance plan. Well the day came that I am so glad that I did. I dropped my phone with a screen protector and still managed to crack the screen. I submitted a repair claim online and was surprised to see they will come to you and the service was great. I hope I don't have to use this service again but feel great knowing it is there.

Ive had Asurion insurance for many years, if I didnt have them, Id be out atleast $5,000 over the past 5 years. From losing our phones or breaking our front glass. The Alaska RT Techs are amazing and very quick and knowledgeable with their repairs and the history of wireless communications. Probable the best asset Asurion has here in Alaska!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
