I have AT&T as a cell phone provider and I have about 8 devices on my account. When a phone is lost, cracked or water damaged I am never in a hurry because I know Asurion is AMAZING! We get a phone shipped ASAP and receive it and less than 3 days! I have never had an issue with Asurion and would recommend them 100% all the time.

The technical staff make a few test to conclude the screen was not working even its not broken, say its gonna take an hour to complete the job, but it take less time and the phone work perfectly.

I call Asurion customer service at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, and had my replacement by 10:30 a.m. Friday morning. Phenomenal experience!
