Let's just say after you get through the annoying automated service. The options you have to repair or replace your phone is great. I went to a location in Delaware and the staff especially Rob is on point. Empathy not sympathy. Honest and very pleasant to talk to. Glad I decided to have my phone fixed locally than wait for a new phone in the mail.

Trying to get replacement for an insured, stolen phone. We have been on the phone for an entire week with Asurion, attempted four claims. They have all failed! We have encountered EXTREME incompetence, poor language skills and ridiculously bad customer service. They took down the wrong address to replace the phone, and it just got worse and worse and worse. It's been a full week, and our trip is destroyed! My wife is in tears.

I had my Z flip 4 for less than 3 months when I dropped it, face down on the screen and the screen went completely black. Luckily, I had the phone insured through Asurion and I was able to get a brand new phone the very next day! It was a lot better to pay $275 for the replacement than over $1000 for a new phone! Asurion makes it really easy to get the help you need, whether it's a screen repair or a new phone. I also have the $25 a month insurance now for all of the devices that I own! It covers almost EVERYTHING I have! The Nintendo switch, all 3 tvs, my sound bar, the tablets and my son's phone. It covers so much more than I realized and if I had to replace my 65" tv, it would only cost me $100! I am so glad that the Asurion rep told me about it because I had no idea that it ever existed! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Asurion, great company and excellent customer service! Definitely worth it and definitely recommend it to anyone! Awesome job Asurion! Keep it up!
The service here was so wonderful. When I first walked in the ambience of the room, really set the pace for the experience. I handed over my phone, turned off find my iPhone with all the confidence in the world that these people would do their job. And they did just that I was extremely pleased with my phone screen and the way that it worked when I went and picked it up. Thank you so much you break I fix you guys are absolutely phenomenal
My screen had a few cracks, however; with insurance the situation was taken care of at the A TT store, and the claim amount would be on my next bill,nothing out of pocket...I love it. That's perfect
Repair technician came right to my house, and fixed my phone screen in 15 minutes! He replaced the phone backing and the battery without me asking, even though they did not need replacing! Wonderful experience. I was very pleased.
The whole experience was pretty easy! The only draw back was I had to travel from New Castle PA to Cranberry which is about 45 min South. I wish they would open a store near me! The staff was fantastic and very professional!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
