The bat cracked and I am trying to get a replacement. System is now again asking to upload receipt and product which I did. But now it says something went wrong. There is no way to talk to a real person. Is this insurance legit?
Took my phone in for cracked screen/glass replacement, thinking omg they may keep my phone for a few hours to fix. I was the problem lost my mind forgot just that quick how to unlock my phone/password etc. I was frantic! The representative STEVEN was so kind and patient. He waited and once I got it correct believe it or not he fixed my phone in less than 5mins. Amazing!

I have been trying to get my laptop repaired since the beginning of March and it is now the second week of May. It took them several weeks to repair a hinge on my laptop. When I picked it up, I was not told that the camera may need replaced. I had been trying to turn the camera on since I picked it up. I had to go to staples for them to tell me it may have not been plugged back in on repair. When I kept getting hung up on at the store I had it repaired I called another store and they told me that there was a note in my account to tell me that the camera (that was working fine when I took it in) may need replaced, I was told nothing. Do they not check their own work? Contant run around and road block every time and everyone I contact.

They did what YOU BREAK WE FIX WOULDN'T DO UBWF SAID MY PHONE WAS BEYOND FIXING which they were lying. Asuncion came to me and took less than 30mins my screen was fixed.
They simply try to wear the customer out by continuing to request pictures of the product they already have.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
