I filed a claim with Asurion on behalf of AT&T. My delivery was scheduled for the next day between 3PM-5PM. I was supposed to be contacted by an expert 30 minutes before arrival, yet no one ever contacted me. It is now 6PM, I have not heard from anyone, and AT&T customer service can't even find on file anything about an order for a phone! I have been waiting at home since 3PM when I have other things I need to be doing, waiting patiently for someone to show up. It is a shame that service is not accurate according to delivery times, and no one has reached out to me to let me know that my estimated time has changed. I am out of a phone now 3 days and I am still waiting for God knows when these people decide to show up. You can tell which reviews are planted by the company and which are real. LOL
I have been as patient as i can be...but i received not one, but two broken replacement phones through this service. They're hard to get in contact with if you need a human - but they ALWAYS try to upsell you even when you say, "Please don't try and sell me anything - i just need a phone to work." There is no quality control. No one seems to care or do things quickly. Even when i asked if someone could stay on the phone as i'm transferred - no one does. My daughter told me her Asurion replacement from a month ago also isn't working correctly but she doesn't have the patience to call them again. I think that after four days of not having a phone - and horrible service - maybe they should break down and send a NEW ONE since their quality control doesn't seem to exist. I need my phone for work - this is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! As i'm on hold AGAIN :(: ( :(. RIDICULOUS SERVICE. FULLY FRUSTRATED. SAD.

I buy an electronic item then offers me insurance for 3 years i got it year later the electronics when bad i call them and they give me the run around from warranty and not cover the problem so is like no insurance at all they are scamers

Dealt with numerous agents there. Have been hung up on because I tell them that they should not talk over me by asking why they've contradicted themselves. They will lie and manipulate to not have to take care of repairs or replacements. Craig specifically will do everything he can to aggrevate you by checking in on you every 2-3 minutes. Then deny your claim with some bogus answer. Craig works for the office of the CEO by the way. Day Day from the Friday movies would have been better to work with than this fool. Guess you have to take whatever employees you can get, even if they only lie and have no idea how to do their job.

As soon as she came in & seen me sitting there she went right to work.
My cell phone had a small crack in the corner of the screen. The employee checked my phone to ensure there were no cracks anywhere else on the phone both front and back. The employee verified that they had the necessary items to fix my screen. He told me what time my phone would be ready for pickup. The employee was courteous.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
