Broke the screen on my phone, and the entire experience replacing it was excellent. The authorized repair shop was professional, quick, and informative, my insurance covered the total cost of repair. That was an excellent bonus and a refreshing event that isn't too common in this day and age.

I paid over $600 for that service, and it was not recognized until one worker in particular in Hawaii was able to pinpoint the problem. I was very happy to have it fixed and one and a half months later it was fully changed.I will say I am disappointed that I was only refunded the amount paid and there was not something else done considering it was a colossal mess-up on the end of AT&T

Absolute disgusting. Left me in tears. Could not help me after purchasing insurance, just needed cracked screen fixed and kept being told they see no current activity on the phone. Which was the phone I WAS CALLING ON. Kept hanging up and pretending to get manager and hanging up on me. Called Verizon said they see the activity and should be no problem. But asurion didn't care what Verizon had to say and just kept hanging up on me

I'm an AT&T customer with device protection. I had filed a claim online and within minutes they had received my order. I arrived about 20 mins after and dropped off my phone at UBreakiFix. It took a little less than two hours to fix my screen and also my speaker was fixed after the glass was replaced. The employee at the location was nice and made drop off and pick up quick and easy.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
