I bought a Delll Computer and took out insurance for it through Asurion! MY MISTAKE. Computer wouldnt start up in March 2023.It was new at time. I filed claim. They shipped me box. I mail it. A week or 2 later got my Dell desktop back. And it has big dent in side of case. AND it still would not come one! The reason I sent it it... I call and raised hell. They said sorry.we will ship anther box with return label. It took another 5 days to get here. I shipped in old box because I already had it ready. 3 weeks later got computer back again. Only to open and find my desk top Dell Computer destroyed. It looked like they droped on floor and it bent metal case everywhere. I could not believe they shipped this too me. Got on phone, threatin them with law suite here. They said they would email me return shipping label. And give me full refund plus extra... I never got the email 3 days later with return label. I called again. And give them $#*!. They said they do not send return labels in emails. And I told them. Im looking at it now >> They ended up sending return label in email today. Going to ship back. And they are to give me amazon credit to buy another one. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THS SCAM COMPANY AGAIN. SQUARE TRADE WAS A GOOD INSURANCE. BUT NOT THIS ONE. DONT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY CHINA FREAKS ARE THERE TO SCAM US..

I called to get a cell phone fixed or repaired. It was replaced with a newer model and shipped extremely fast. It was a pleasure to get everything done so quick and the return was easy with the label and packing materials sent with the replacement phone. I was very impressed with the whole experience. This is the third time of having to use our insurance for damages on our families devices. This time on my own note 9 which seems to be way out dated and old now but they had the screen for the repair, which I'm very pleased because I like my phone and do not want to upgrade now. The service tech call to meet at an earlier time which worked out perfectly, knew what he was doing and was very professional. I hope not to have to use them again dur to tearing up our stuff but feel confident if and when we do that we will be in good hands!
I called AT&T customer service with my problem of not being able to transfer my email to my replacement cell phone. I spoke to a representative her name is Roxie. She was very nice, patient and gave me the confidence that we were going to work together on retreaving my emails. I was having problems in logging into my email but Roxie walked me through the selection and steps and we finally was able to get my email to work.Roxie took the extra steps and beyond to help me. I appreciate all her great customer service!

I had first filled a claim for my screen. The technician said that my problem was most likely my screen, but tgat didn't fix it. So I called asurion and told the lady what was going on and she just replaced my phone. Had my phone at my door the next day.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
