I just started a new business, my phone was stolen next day I received my new phone. It would have been nice if I could have received my new phone with all my contacts, data, photos & etc pre-installed ready to use.
Now I'm still trying to get my lost information recovered it's been a nightmare trying to reset passwords after using facial recognition.
It took them well over a month to repair my phone that was promised to me in three days I called daily for the same we don't know whats going on you'll have it soon speech
I filed a claim over 2 weeks ago to get my stolen iPhone replaced, when I called to check on the status they flat out said they forgot about me and had me do a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was promised to get an email within 24-48 hours confirming my claim. 5 days later, no response. I have now been phone-less for almost 3 weeks as I was given the false promise that I would receive a replacement within 1-2 days. I would have been better off just buying a new phone rather than paying $300 through this scam of a company just to not get any phone.

I've used Asurion, for the longest I could remember. All my electronics are protected and serviced by Asurion and believe me, I have not had any issues since I have used them for over 10 years.
My tech, Aaron, was very professional and courteous. He called to introduce himself, sent a picture of himself so that I would know who was coming to my home, and made sure that all my questions were answered before he left.

My Samsung Galaxy 22 ultra phone had a cracked screen and the port was not working. We have the Verizon protection plan for 4 phones or more. They quickly sent a replacement phone, cost was $99 and helped me transfer all my data, including SMS texts messages which had many photos attached.
The fashion forward expert arrived when he said he would. Was very knowledgeable when answering my questions and helped me to properly prepare my phone for repair. He finished in a timely manner and was very happy with the work he did.

After waiting I was told that it would take longer due to having updated my phone to the beta version. What I thought would be an easy fixed turned out to be an extremely long process that I did not plan ahead for so if you decide to do the same. Anticipate waiting longer.

Went to replace a phone battery. Got the old battery replaced with an Apple battery without any issues. It was an a great experience from claim to resolution!
You just call asurion or use the app to start your claim. Then like a day and ¹/² went by and I received my new phone. All I had to do was put sim card in and go. Everything you need to send your old phone back is right there with the new phone.

My I phone screen was cracked. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. From the time I drop off my phone and repair it only took a little bit of time. The service was absolutely great. Will definitely use the service again if necessary

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
