I have been paying for device protection for years through AT&T and yesterday my S9 completely died. I submitted a claim and they said they can replace it with an S10 for $112. No other option unless I wanted to go wtih a newer phone with a new contract. Turns out that you can buy an S10 right now for around $150. What did my coverage get me? Don't bother with Asurion.

My Android phone yes I said Android! Love my droid! Lol! I could not use my phone by finger touch had to use my styllus or S-pen to operate. While I looked dashing and sophisticated it was annoying. I did drop phone previously but that was months ago. I took my phone to At&t they worked up a ticket and directed me to a local shop, "UbreakIFix," store. Met TJ, he was all smiles asked what was wrong, got my order form and said come back in an hour to hour and a half. I returned in two hours to a phone fixed, my one Crack gone, and new battery. Good as new. Service was phenomenal and I would highly recommend to anyone that need a phone fixed. TJ was polite and knowledgeable.
At the beginning they say it was covered because it was not broken. It just software or other stuff on TV in. They say they were not prove it a car earlier and I just did it again and they say is not approved. It's not right

We bought a refrigerator through Home Depot with the 5 year extended warranty through Asurion. Our refrigerator stopped cooling for the second time in three months. We've been without a refrigerator for 4 months and they've continuously given us the run around and refuse to send repair company or to replace our refrigerator or reimburse our cost. DO NOT waste your money buying anything with a repair plan through them. They DO NOT care about their customers.

I've used asurion over the last three or four years frankly too many times. Previously before 2023 the service was acceptable no problems it took two days to get an appointment iand about a day or two to get your phone back.
THIS TIME I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AT 9:00 P.M. LITERALLY FOR THE NEXT MORNING TOOK MY PHONE IN AND THEN 1.5 HOURS HAD IT BACK IN MY HAND. STORE WAS BUSY PLENTY GOING ON IT WAS IN A BUSY AREA SO DEFINITELY WASN'T A LULL IN BUSINESS. THE PROCESS HAS LITERALLY AND SIMPLY SAID BEEN KICK BUTTED INTO BECOMING A LEAN EFFICIENT AND OPERATIONALLY CUSTOMER CENTRIC EXPERIENCE. Customer retention and elated satisfaction above profits wins every time every single time. If many other corporations could figure this out what a world it would be.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
